Loving Farewell ("we," "us," or "our") provides a concierge service that coordinates in-home pet euthanasia appointments through our partner veterinary network, primarily Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice. We facilitate scheduling, communication, and memorial keepsake services.
We are not a veterinary provider. All medical services are performed by licensed veterinarians through our partner network. We act solely as a coordination and support service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to make decisions for the pet in question. By using our service, you confirm that you are the pet's owner or have legal authority to arrange end-of-life care.
When you complete our booking process, you authorize us to place a hold on your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. This is an authorization hold, not a charge.
Your card is only charged after:
If we cannot confirm an appointment within 7 days, the authorization hold will be released automatically and you will not be charged.
We understand that circumstances change, especially during such a difficult time. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Summary:
The Loving Farewell package includes a $300 memorial keepsake credit. The credit is part of your package price — if you cancel before your appointment, you are not charged for it.
Details on using the credit are shared after your appointment is confirmed.
Our service is available in areas served by our veterinary partners. While we accept bookings from all US locations, appointment availability depends on veterinary coverage in your area. If service is not available at your location, we will notify you promptly and release any authorization hold. Appointments take place during our operating hours (8am–7pm local time, daily). We do not offer after-hours service.
Loving Farewell is a coordination service. We are not liable for the medical care provided by veterinarians, which is governed by their own policies and professional standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
We collect personal information necessary to provide our service, including your contact information, pet information, and payment details. We share relevant information with our veterinary partners to coordinate your appointment. We do not sell your personal information.
See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
If you have a concern about our service, please contact us at hello@lovingfarewell.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
